Return and Refund Policy – UKTopMeds

At UKTopMeds, our priority is to give customers confidence when shopping with us. We aim to provide products in perfect condition and deliver a smooth service. If something goes wrong, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted if:

    • Products arrived damaged or defective.

    • The wrong item, brand, or dosage was delivered.

    • The product received does not match the order description.

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed items.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the items back. After inspection, refunds are processed promptly if the return conditions are met.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If only part of an order is returned, a partial refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In this case, you may still request a return after delivery (subject to the above conditions).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items returned beyond 30 days.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery.
